I'm adding a few more guesses:

I think the first busy beaver function values that exceed Graham's number are BB(7), BB(4,3), BB(3,4), and BB(2,6).

I think the first Busy Beaver function values that exceed the largest numbers ever constructed by humans using computable methods are BB(14), BB(8,3), BB(6,4), BB(5,5), BB(4,6), BB(3,8), and BB(2,13).

I think BB(6) won't exceed $f_{\omega }(1000)$, BB(3,3) won't exceed $10^{1000}$, and BB(2,5) won't exceed $10\uparrow \uparrow 1000$.
