Repeated Word List (short RepWL) is a decider. It works by splitting the tape contents into blocks ("words") of a given length l. Repeated adjacent blocks are marked by exponents. If there are more than some predefined natural number, called the repeat threshhold T, adjacent repetitions, the exponent is marked as T+.
