1RB2LB1LC_1LA2RB1RB_1RZ2LA0LC (bbch), named Surprise in a Box by Allen Brady, is a halting BB(3,3) TM which runs surprisingly long on a surprisingly small segment of the tape. It halts after 2,315,619 steps, but only touches 51 cells on the tape.
